GAF Roof Replacement, Larchmont, NY – We recently completed a GAF Asphalt Shingle installation project. We removed all of the existing roofing and flashing down to the deck. Damaged plywood was replaced, and ice and water protection was installed along eaves to prevent ice-related damage. A layer of Tiger Paw underlayment was laid under the Charcoal Gray Timberline HD shingles, following manufacturer’s guidelines. Additionally, a new drip edge was integrated for water shedding and ventilation.
